new chapter

today is my last day at work. that's right, im moving on to start my own dive shop. complete with a crew of hot, sexy female DMs to entice our male population. Muahahaha! Mine will be the most profitable dive shop in Singapore and i can charge whatever amount i want with men begging to dive with us.

unfortunately, i do not know any hot and sexy female DMs nor have i the money to start this business. today however is really my last day at work and a new chapter to my adult working life. =)

got a farewell present today. yay!! a nice surprise early in the morning when im still feeling ill from too much flying between orgrimmar and thunder buff.

gen ambushed me at my cubicle with a little something for all my "hard work" and "effort". really pleased when i opened the present a little later and discover that its a pair of iPod shuffle silicone case!! a great gift! now i can protect my shuffle from having unprotected sex with other shuffles. =P

free 512k ultd upgrade?

i have always paid my internet bills regularly. while doing so yesterday i noticed a small change on the statement:

singnet has apparently "upgraded" me from a 256k plan to a 512K for "free"!! im excited with this generous gesture from our biggest telco but this died instantly when i recalled only yesterday, my tauren druid was savagely torn apart by that evil kudo bull because of a 3 lettered word. lag.


morale of the story:
singnet 256k or 512k makes no difference in World of Warcraft.

i have upload some pics taken from my last diving trip to similan and surin islands at last. yah i know... takes about 5 months for me to upload 9 photos. but hey, stop complaining!! im only human.

sangihe calls

need to confirm with esmond on the Sangihe liveaboard trip soon. most of the major stuff has been worked out. a deal has been done with steff to use her frequent flyer points in exchange that i do her chores for the next 6 months. small price to pay though. only obstacle is work. if im starting on the new job before the trip, then i guess its no go.

just in case you are wondering, Sangihe Isles [sang-ge' u] are a group of unexplored volcanic isles in Indonesia, NE of Sulawasi.
